Consultation visit
An on-site consultation to assess the existing space, clarify needs and provide guidance on layout, circulation, light, materials, colours and atmosphere.
Interior design and space planning
Development of a bespoke design proposal including spatial organisation, layout, volumes, materials, colours, furniture and overall coherence.
Renovation projects
Support for the transformation of flats, houses and professional spaces, with particular attention to functionality, comfort, light and architectural identity.
Decoration and material guidance
Selection of colours, finishes, materials, furniture, lighting and decorative elements to create a coherent and durable atmosphere.

1 INITIAL CONSULTATION
Interior architecture and decoration consultation / quotation: €90/hour
(Deducted when the design project is commissioned)

Technical and aesthetic advice / assessment of the property’s potential
This service varies depending on your needs and the time required.
We begin with an initial consultation and, if needed, this can be followed by a more comprehensive package in order to carry the project through successfully.

2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN STUDY
From €40 to €90/sqm depending on the project
Following an initial consultation and acceptance of the quotation, the pre-works design study includes:
- an existing layout plan
- several proposals for the future layout
- 3D drawings of the selected project
- detailed plans of the overall project (plans, elevations, sections)
- detailed bespoke furniture drawings
- an electrical plan
- a schedule of materials (flooring, tiles, taps, etc.)
- a detailed work specification by trade
3 PRELIMINARY DESIGN STUDY + PROJECT MANAGEMENT
From 9% to 15% of the pre-tax amount of the works
Following completion of the pre-works design study file (see above), the execution stage begins, along with any administrative authorisation files if required (planning permission or others).

RETAIL ARCHITECTURE
Pre-works design study: from €40 to €90/sqm
Full mission: from 9% to 15% of the pre-tax amount of the works
This service can range from a simple consultation to a complete mission including pre-works design study and site supervision (see the details of each stage in the two sections above).
The project is designed according to the brand (or concept) and its visual identity.
